ALL ROUND MUSCLE BUILDING + TONING. This programme has helped me massively in developing my physique, strength and conditioning. The intended programme duration is 4 weeks, guiding you through 5 training days with 2 days rest per week. However, it is also possible to spread this split over a longer period of time adapted to your own fitness level. Each session is carefully crafted to bring you closer to achieving your goals, providing thorough attention to every detail.
LISTEN TO YOUR OWN BODY
Prioritise your safety and maximise performance with a cardio warm-up before each session and a cool-down after each session. Properly prepare your body for the challenges ahead and promote flexibility and recovery post-workout.
